The classes work in small groups with local musicians for a block of lessons, before moving on to experience playing another of the instruments. We began by investigating sound in science lessons and then used this knowledge to design our own. We talked about why we traditionally have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday and how to make the batter. These consisted of 4 girls and 4 boys from year 6.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The A team were in a league with Burston B, Bressingham and Tivetshall and won all their matches in the first 3 rounds. The B team played against Burston A, Winfarthing and North Lopham, and improved their performance as the afternoon progressed.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5133117575362962898" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_aMYrqPs1e5g/Rzx_PQXS5dI/AAAAAAAAAFk/lXQwHrmykjc/s320/DCP01572.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The final was between Roydon A and Burston A. This was a close match, finishing 6-6 at full time which meant the children had to play for a 'golden try'. It was an exciting and tense finish, with Burston very nearly scoring on a number of occasions but Roydon defended very well to prevent them from doing so.
